Hi everyone!!

I am going to discuss an issue that not everyone is fully aware of....personal growth.

We as adults tend to move on with our lives after school and think that we are done, we've learned it all and no longer have to keep studying.  That is true to a point,  we no longer have to be subject to high school and the drama there or college and the stress that comes with finals. We do however get to have the opportunity to study ourselves and reach for our own personal development. 

We can look inward with true honesty and correct any short comings we have within. I can say with honesty that I'm totally disorganized, late all the time, and am distracted easily.  Right now I'm reading a book about organization which is helping me to start working on my issue.  Now my three go hand in hand so I'm hoping to kill three birds with one stone...

My last blog entry was about self love that was something I needed to work on. I have since grown to love myself more than I ever have in life. I am currently working on  self confidence.  By writing and posting these entries I am revealing myself to you all, thus growing my self confidence.  These are subjects that we can continue to study and grow in.

We can also learn more about technology or medicine to help is fulfill any dreams that are no longer within our reach. Some of us may have wanted to be doctors or technicians, just because we may not be able to do this for a living doesn't mean we can't learn more about it. I'm still interested in psychology and am currently learning more about the law of attraction.  I love learning more about the human mind and how it works.  I don't always read books I also utilize the internet... Google is my bff!

What are some issues that you need to work on? What are some subjects that you have always been interested in?

My advice to you... Never stop learning about yourself and never give up on your dreams!!!!

My Interview with Sandra Crespo

Ok guys, so I have read an amazing book called Breaking Your Limits: How to Create the Reality You Desire . It was written by a very good friend of mine named Sandra Crespo. I really enjoyed reading this book, she gives so much insight into her transformation in this entrepreneurial online business paradigm. As a full-time traveling family Sandra and her husband have had to think outside the box when it comes to creating revenue and income for their family.  In this book she shares how it took her several years and so much effort to make that mindshift.  Her chapters on self love and gratitude really blew my mind and I'm so happy that I get to share this interview with you guys!! Progress Report!!

Okay guys so it appears that it is time for a progress report on how my health and fitness journey is going so far. I am pleased to report that I've noticed a change in my body shape I do not weigh myself because I don't want to get hung up on a number but from here on out I will start measuring myself.  I see changes and I would like to document them in a more accurate and organized fashion. The changes I'm seeing in my body are really getting me fired up and motivated to keep pushing forward.  I am so curious to see just how much of a transformation my body can actually make. I'm nowhere near where I want to be but I know that I'm on the right path to getting there. I would rather focus on my small celebrations, such as inches lost, then on negative thoughts or self talk.
